Sandbox Access Problems

Hi folks - is anyone else having problems accessing the dashboard for the sandbox?

Apparently, there is now a slider in the production dashboard. Mine must have fallen off as I can’t see it.

This is blocking our development work. Does anyone have a work around?

(I’ve had a support ticket open for 17 days but no joy. Rapyd)

Thanks for sharing @Alan. To confirm, this is not showing up when you log into https://dashboard.rapyd.net/login? I do have mine showing up, but I’ve reported this as a bug to our team members and they got back to say this will be resolved in the next few days for you.
