Production Support vs support.rapyd.net

Hi what are the differences between the production support (accessed from the production dashboard ) and support.rapyd.net
I can’t login to the later with my production account and there is no link to create an account:

Hi @mest, support.rapyd.net will eventually redirect to https://dashboard.rapyd.net with the support center all in the dashboard.

You can create all the tickets in the Client Portal Dashboard, so I would just work out of there.
