I’m reaching out from Zimbabwe. Whenever I try to access https://www.rapyd.net, I receive the following error message:

Error 1009: Access Denied
The owner of this website (www.rapyd.net) has banned the country or region your IP address is in (ZW) from accessing this website.

This restriction is preventing me from viewing documentation, learning about your services, or signing up for any integrations. As a developer building Zimbabwe Dream Bank — a cross-border financial services platform connecting Zimbabwe and South Africa — I’m very interested in what Rapyd offers.

Could you kindly clarify:

  • Why access is restricted from Zimbabwe?
  • If there’s any workaround or official channel for developers/businesses in Zimbabwe to engage with Rapyd?

You must be domiciled in one of the listed countries in order to build with and do business with Rapyd.
