Hi @Liyuan and welcome to the community.
So it sounds like you have signed up for Client Portal and you are able to log in, but you are not able to find how to activate your account.
If you look at the left sidebar for navigation, the very first icon is the page to activate your account.
You can also read this doc as it will help you through the account activation process.
