I know this might not be the right place to ask about account activation, but without it being active i cannot send a support ticket from the client support dashboard page.
This is what i get in my “Get started” page (in the sandbox):
Shouldn’t i see a “Verify account” button?

Without the account fully activated i can’t access some features like card program creation, card issuing, etc.
