Hello Rapyd team,
I registered for a Rapyd account and received the confirmation message:
“Thank you for choosing Rapyd. We have received your information, our team will be in touch with you soon.”
However, my account status has remained “Pending” for several days, and I have not received any response from your team.
I’ve already sent two support emails but haven’t received any follow-up.
Could someone please help me understand the next steps for activating the production environment?
In addition, I am experiencing issues with the Rapyd WooCommerce plugin, which is not functioning as expected. Without access to a fully activated account, I’m unable to complete integration or test live payments.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support from the Rapyd team to move forward.
