We are getting this error when we are using production credentials but working fine on sandbox env.

Having the same issue. Have opened a ticket with support but I’ve heard little back. Did this get resolved for you?
Thanks @gazz57, you will need to activate your account as well, described here Activating Your Account (KYB).
Actually, account activation is not required immediately - only after the transaction volume reaches a certain threshold.
