I am using to API endpoint /products to create a plan. It works on development (sandbox environment), however on production (live environment) I get the following error:

Our Rapyd account has been fully verified and is fully active, therefore I don’t understand where this permission issue is coming from.

We have contacted Rapyd support but got no answer so far.

This is very important for us to get through, therefore any advice is much appreciated.

When going from SB to PROD, you must talk with the support team so that they can better understand the challenge you are facing and what the solution might be. We on the community team don’t have access to logs or the ability to help troubleshoot when going into Production environment. Congrats on the integration. Would love to hear more about what you are building.
