You can manage your users associated with your account to change their role or remove them from client portal.
How to Change a User’s Role
- Sign in as described in Accessing the Client Portal and navigate to My Settings > Users & Roles > Users.
The Users page appears.
- Tap the row of the user whose role you want to change.
The Edit user dialog box appears.
- Tap the Select role drop-down list and select a different role.
- Tap Save.
The user’s role is updated.
How to Delete a User’s Role
- Sign in as described in Accessing the Client Portal and navigate to Settings > Users & Roles.
- Tap the row of the user that you want to remove.
- Tap Remove .
- Confirm that you want to remove the user.
