Manage or Delete Users in Client Portal

You can manage your users associated with your account to change their role or remove them from client portal.

How to Change a User’s Role

  1. Sign in as described in Accessing the Client Portal and navigate to My Settings > Users & Roles > Users.

The Users page appears.

  1. Tap the row of the user whose role you want to change.

The Edit user dialog box appears.

  1. Tap the Select role drop-down list and select a different role.
  2. Tap Save.

The user’s role is updated.

How to Delete a User’s Role

  1. Sign in as described in Accessing the Client Portal and navigate to Settings > Users & Roles.
  2. Tap the row of the user that you want to remove.
  3. Tap Remove .
  4. Confirm that you want to remove the user.
