Adding New Users to Your Account

You can invite new users to the Client Portal from the Users page.

This procedure requires Owner, Administrator, or Editor privileges.

How to Invite a User

  1. Sign in as described in Signing in to the Client Portal and navigate to Settings > Users & Roles > Users.

The Users section appears.

  1. Tap the Invite icon on the top right of the screen.
    The Invite User dialog box appears.


  1. Enter the details of the new user and click Invite. For information about roles, see Roles and Tasks.

Rapyd sends an invitation to the email address you provided.
