How do I manage User Roles within my Rapyd Business Account?

You must have Owner or Administrator privileges in order to change or create new User Roles for your Rapyd Business Account.

How to Check Your User Role

There are two ways you can check to see if you are an Owner or Administrator for your account:

  • After signing into your Rapyd Business Account, navigate to Settings > Users & Roles. There, you can search for the username associated with your account.
  • After signing into your Rapyd Business Account, click on your Account Icon in the upper right hand corner. The drop-down menu will expand and will display the User Role associated with your account.

How to Manage User Roles

Once you have confirmed you are the Owner or Administrator for the account, there are a few actions you can do to manage User Roles:

  • View Users
  • Invite Users
  • Change a User’s Role
  • Remove a User

To View all the Users associated with your Rapyd Business Account, navigate to Settings > Users & Roles. The list of users will be displayed. For more information see Viewing Users.

To Invite a new User, navigate to Settings > Users & Roles. Click on the Invite User button in the upper right corner. A window appears. Fill out the required fields and click Invite. For more information see Inviting a User.

To change a User’s Role, navigate to Settings > Users & Roles. Click on the row of the user you would like to change and select the Edit User icon. A window appears. Select a new role for the user from the drop-down, and click Save. See Changing a User’s Role for more information.

To remove a User, navigate to Settings > Users & Roles. Click on the row of the user you would like to change and select the Edit User icon. A window appears. Select Remove. See Removing a User for more information.
