As an account administrator you can activate or deactivate payment methods with your account in client portal.
Steps to deactivate a payment method
- Log into your account in Client Portal.
- Go to My Settings > Payment Methods > Active.
- Click on the deactivate icon > Select Close on the confirmation dialogue box.
Steps to activate a payment method
- Log into your account in Client Portal.
- Go to Settings > Payment Methods > Advanced > Request Acesss.
- Complete the fields for your designed country and payment method.
a. Select And to add any other country and payment method.
