What time zone do these puzzles expire?

I had just finished puzzle 20 on the 7th and saw it expired early before I could enter the answer. I was in CST and did move to PST so I know it would have been 2 hours earlier expiration. However it was at 7pm PST I attempted the answer.

See section “3. Timing” in the rules. Puzzles expire at 11:59 pm GMT.
PS Be careful with saying “CST” and “PST” if what you really mean are “CT” or “CDT” and “PT” or “PDT”.
