Hi, I’m new to this community.
I tried to connect Rapyd with Shopify but I kept getting an error message after inputting the credential keys. I’ve tried several times but it still won’t let me through. What can I do?

As you are inputting your credentials keys for Shopify, I just wanted to confirm these are the plugin keys and not your API keys?

Thanks for your response. I did mistakenly input the API keys, now I’m trying to input the sandbox and live mode plugins, but I can’t find the button to enable live mode. Do I need to wait for the request approval first to do so?
Yes, if by live mode you mean production, you will need to be approved first before into production.
