Is there any notification after submission to the challenge? I did submit but there were no confirmations and my ReCaptcha said it needed to be reloaded. The prompt said multiple submission from different accounts is not allowed. Now I am unsure if my submission was successful or not. I resubmit again with the same account and username or how do I know it was submitted successfully? Any help regarding this would be grateful.

There is a similar thread here. The notification takes the form of the pop-up or modal you see onscreen saying it was a success or not. We are receiving many entries every check of the system and nothing is down on the Rapyd Hack the Galaxy side of things. Good luck with the puzzles!
Ahh, thank you for the clarification. I had this pop-up but I was confused as there was no notification. Regardless cant wait for the next puzzle this was fun.
