I have completed my KYB application, but haven’t heard back

Rapyd has thousands of applications that all require reviewal of account information to abide by the guidelines regarding the businesses, products, and services. If you have fully submitted your forms to Activate Your Account (KYB), and are awaiting a response here are a few things you can do.

  1. Submit an email on the Contact Us form within Client Portal.

  1. Submit a support ticket at support.rapyd.net.
