What should I do if the account verification email wasn’t received?
- Resend the verification email by clicking on ‘resend’ button when trying to sign-in to your account
What should I do if my country does not appear in the Two-Factor Authentication list?
- The Two-Factor Authentication list provides the comprehensive list of countries we’re currently working in. Stay tuned and contact us again in the future to check if your country is supported
What should I do if I am unable to login to my account?
- You should first check that you have entered the correct email address and password. Please make sure you’re logging in using the email address you provided when creating the account. If you’re still not able to login, please contact Support.
