How to configure two different Redundant connections at two redundant servers…?!

Just want to confirm a few acronyms:
- DDE - Dynamic Data Exchange
- GSM - Global System for Mobiles? (or Gigabyte Server Management?)
- VSAT - Very Small Aperture Terminal
- RDI - Raw Data Interface
Would this be a solution for something like load balancing?
