Is it possible to create a customer with no eWallet, and optionally, add an eWallet to the customer at a later time?

After further inspection, I realized that it is possible to create a customer without an eWallet and then use the update customer request to add an eWallet to that customer. Note that once the customer is linked to an eWallet, this link cannot be changed, and the eWallet will always belong to that customer.
