Why Webhook is not hitting in server mean while it works Perfectly in local by using ng Rock

when we are using ng rock url for webhook resposnse url it works fine. when we put this code on server the webhook resposnse is not hitting in Api ?.why it happens ? .pls help us code is on c#
server webhook url :
https://offsetnowuat.perfectlimited.com:444/api/admin/webhook

That’s very strange behavior. Just checking … did you change the webhook URL configuration in the Client Portal?

yes. i changed the webhook url .
i think this problem exist because of invalid ssl certificate ,can u please verify it
