how can I do that?

I’ve noticed that the dashboard sends a request to https://dashboard.rapyd.net/v1/merchants-portal/list/ewallets-contacts
is listing accounts limited to merchant portal only??

Welcome to the Rapyd developer community!
Please use the client portal to view all the contacts. Note that you can export this data as a CSV file for further usage.
In the API, you can get all the contacts for a wallet, but not all contacts in the system under your account. See List Contacts for a Rapyd Wallet.
