I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with Apple Pay integration in my Rapyd Sandbox account.
Account Details:
- Account Name: T.Islam Account
- Environment: Sandbox Mode
- Integration Type: Checkout Toolkit
Issue Description:
I have enabled Apple Pay from Settings → Payment Methods → Digital Wallets in my sandbox portal. The toggle is ON for both Google Pay and Apple Pay.
However, when customers proceed to the checkout page on Safari (iPhone/iOS), only Google Pay button is displayed. The Apple Pay button does not appear at all.
What I Have Done So Far:

Apple Pay toggle is enabled in the portal

Using Rapyd Checkout Toolkit (sandboxcheckouttoolkit.rapyd.net)

Tested on iPhone Safari browser

Added apple_pay configuration in RapydCheckoutToolkit initialization
Main Problem:
In my sandbox dashboard, there is NO option for:
- Web Domain Verification
- iOS Certificates
- Domain Registration
Only two toggles are visible — Google Pay and Apple Pay. No domain verification section appears.
I understand that for Checkout Toolkit, domain verification is required. However, this option is completely missing from my sandbox portal.
My Question:
- Is Apple Pay testing possible in Sandbox mode without KYB completion?
- How can I access the Domain Verification section in Sandbox?
- Is KYB mandatory before Apple Pay can be tested in Sandbox?
I have attached a screenshot of my current portal showing the missing domain verification option.
Please advise on how to proceed.
