I see Rapyd on my Order, but the Merchant hasn’t Sent or Received my Order

Following up with your order that has been charged to your account.

If your order was placed with the merchant and your account has been debited with Rapyd as the description you will still need to follow up with the merchant you purchased from.

Rapyd is the payment processor, but not the company that initiated this payment.

Unfortunately, Rapyd cannot provide you details of the transaction. Legally, Rapyd can only provide it to the business merchant.

If for any reason the merchant may need details from Rapyd, kindly reach out to the merchant you’ve initiated this payment with and notify them that they have to approach Rapyd directly with this issue.
