Hi Rapyd Support,

I’m integrating in Sandbox and all calls to GET /v1/data/countries return:
UNAUTHENTICATED_API_CALL – “Check the status of your account in the Account Details page…”

Details:

  • Environment: Sandbox
  • Endpoint: GET /v1/data/countries
  • Operation ID(s): 14580c04-…, 0a43a5f4-… (latest)
  • Signature mode: legacy (URL-safe Base64 over hex digest)
  • Wrap numbers: true
  • Base URL: https://sandboxapi.rapyd.net
  • Account status in portal: Active (Sandbox)
  • Keys source: .env (masked Access: rak…C4F2)
  • Timestamp synced to OS

Could you confirm the Sandbox API keys are active for my account or advise if further onboarding steps are required?
