Hi, I am using wordpress with Woocommerce plugin for payment gateway within United Kingdom. I am getting an error message when I test the setup
“Sorry it seems there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”
Can anyone advise what the issue is?

Also tried to contact Rapyd support by logging in to this site [https://support.rapyd.net/s/login](https://support.rapyd.net/s/login) but my credentials are not recognised and i dont get a password reset. Does anyone know how to create an account with support? Ive tried my client login and that doesnt work.

Hey, @shawth you can send an email to [support@rapyd.net](mailto:support@rapyd.net) if you are unable to create a ticket or don’t have login details. Since you are trying to get this set up for what I suspect is production they can help you the best. I will follow up with you in a DM as well…
