# WooCommerce Activation

We downloaded the Rapyd app and installed it in our website in the Woocommerce settings-payments tab in the control panel. Added or we entered the access key code in the secret key. Why don’t we see Rapyd cash, wallet, eWallet and bank on our website. Do I still need activation from Rapyd, otherwise we have registered and entered all the company’s documentation, ID card picture, entered the website, bank or bank account. Thanks for the help
