Good day,

I need assistance with a withdrawal. I have proof of payment that was sent to me on the 1st of September, but I have not received the payment from the bank. The person is occupying the accommodation without making any payments.

Hello. I see you marked this as a #collect-api question. Are you using our API in your application to build with and are a customer of Rapyd? If so, can you send us the request code you are passing and what the response is you are getting? This may help us troubleshoot the code.
