# Webhooks not sending in Sandbox

[Identity Verification Webhook - Sandbox Approved](https://docs.rapyd.net/en/identity-verification-webhook---sandbox-approved.html "Identity Verification Webhook - Sandbox Approved") webhook never gets sent to my specified callback URL [https://071303e3a475.ngrok-free.app](https://071303e3a475.ngrok-free.app) configured in Rapyd Client Portal Sandbox.

I’ve tried Webhook.site to test and still doesn’t even hit the endpoint. Why is this happening?

It specifically says on the documentation: “After the customer submits the identity verification request on the hosted page, Rapyd verifies the information and sends you a webhook with a summary of the identity check.”

Additionally, I’ve done actions through the Rapyd Client Portal directly in order to attempt triggering webhook calls, but still nothing.

The URL specified in webhook callback is 100% correct, it’s the full explicit URL.

✅ **SOLUTION**

I contacted Rapyd IT Support and they had to manually give me authorization to use all the events in the sandbox environment.
