# Some supported countries (for collection) do not have any payment method

Thanks @mest,

I believe you may be looking in Production Mode.

This is restricted especially if you haven’t been fully [KYB Approved yet](https://community.rapyd.net/t/if-i-am-kyb-approved-in-one-country-can-i-accept-payments-in-another-country/1892).

If you switch to Sandbox Mode you will be able to see all of the [payment methods](https://docs.rapyd.net/client-portal/docs/viewing-payment-methods).
