Rapyd offers hundreds of ways to pay and get paid. I previously shared a [video](https://community.rapyd.net/t/rapyd-bytes-payment-method-type-object/1619) and [post](https://community.rapyd.net/t/payment-method-type-object/1572) about Payment Method Types, I also wanted to share about the Payout Method Type Object. Payout method types are specific ways to “pay out” a beneficiary who receives your funds through the Disburse platform. Payouts can help any business to meet the demands of their cross-border sellers, suppliers, and workers as they get paid. One thing that’s important for both payout as well as payment method types is the country and currency listed in the objects. Use [List Payout Method Types](https://docs.rapyd.net/build-with-rapyd/reference/payout-method-type-object#list-payout-method-types) and [Get Payout Method Required](https://docs.rapyd.net/build-with-rapyd/reference/payout-method-type-object#get-payout-required-fields) fields is a flow sequence you will want to use to understand a specific payout method type’s requirements. Here is an example below of Payout Method Types listed in Mexico with the currencies and countries. In a payout, once the currency is set for the sender, that should be the currency received, unless, of course, [Payout with FX](https://docs.rapyd.net/build-with-rapyd/docs/payout-with-fx) is used. The one thing I’d like to point out here that shows the opportunity of the Disburse platform, is the listed `"sender_country": "*"`. This is meant to show you can create a payout from any country into the listed beneficiary country and currency. For example from any country you can send MXN (Mexican Peso) into Mexico with an international bank transfer.
