# Is there a customer portal where user can manage their subscription and update payment details?

I’m looking for something similar to Stripe “Customer Portal” where I can generate a session via API and allow my customer to access their subscription management UI.

You can access your account via the Rapyd Client Portal at [dashboard.rapyd.net](http://dashboard.rapyd.net).

For the added functionality you are asking about, you would need to talk to your representative at Rapyd or email [support@rapyd.net](mailto:support@rapyd.net) so they can assist.

Thank you, Drew! Any idea how can I check my approval status? I’ve finished integrating Rapyd to my staging env, and ready to move to production. but I only have an access to the sandbox
