Are you planning on using the using a direct API Integration - [Create Payment Request](https://docs.rapyd.net/build-with-rapyd/reference/payment-object#create-payment) or a [Hosted Checkout Page](https://docs.rapyd.net/build-with-rapyd/reference/checkout-page-object)? If you are looking for a form, HCP is the way to go, otherwise with the API integration you build your own form.
