# How to Link a Card to a Contact

You can link a card to a contact, or Rapyd Wallet in Client Portal through the following steps:

1. Sign in as described in [Accessing the Client Portal](https://docs.rapyd.net/client-portal/docs/accessing-the-client-portal).
2. Navigate to **Wallets** \> **Contacts**.  
a. The **Contacts** page appears.

1. Click the **Contact ID** of the contact you want.  
a. The **Contact ID** panel appears
2. Click the **Cards** tab.  
a. The **Cards** panel appears.
3. Tap the **Add Card** button.  
a. The **Add Card to Contact** dialog box appears.

1. Enter the **Card Number** in both fields under Card Details and tap the **Confirm** button.  
a. The card is linked to the contact.
