# Error on payment create with 3DS in sandbox

I’ve been using the sandbox and it’s been working fine, suddenly I always get an error in the 3DS verification simulator even if I didn’t change anything, I even tried some calls in the postman collection. This is the error:
> Something Went Wrong.
> Make sure your payment token is valid and try again.
The network response is:
> The request tried to complete a card payment in the sandbox, but the transaction requires 3DS authentication and the process was not completed. The request was rejected. Corrective action: In the simulated 3DS authentication window, enter ‘rapyd’ for the username and ‘success’ for the password.
Has anything changed in the API?

I don’t think this solves my problem. My error occurres in the 3DS simulator for every request, and it didn’t happen yesterday.

Thank you for the clarification. I tried this myself and I also got an error in the 3DS simulator of the sandbox.
This issue was inspected and fixed. It works fine now.
