# Country support for Wallet / Stored balance

Would you clarify in what countries the “wallet contact” or customer account is allowed to store a balance on the Rapyd wallet?

Is a “wallet contact” domiciled in country X (where X doesn’t support wallet) allowed to open a wallet in country Y (where wallet is supported)?

Payment methods availability is very clear, but I didn’t quite understand the coverage of the wallet functionality.
